Quantum physics tells us that everything in the Universe from the smallest particles to galaxies is held together by a vibrating field called The Quantum Field of Possibilities. This field contains everything that has ever existed, is existing now or will ever exist. So, from that perspective, this field is actually All There Is. Its the glue that holds everything together. Some call this field ”Information” and some call it pure ”Consciousness”. No matter what we choose to name it, we are connected to it through our own consciousness.

Everything you encounter in your life has its beginning in the connection between your unique mind and this conscious field of possibilities. Events, things and situations in your Reality always have their beginning in the quantum realm as particles or energy waves. They start out as neutral ”containers” seeking your attention.

Let me simplify it a little; imagine the Quantum Field of Possibilities as a big ”toy-box” and yourself as the one choosing which ”toys” you want to play with. Your focused awareness is the searchlight illuminating the toys you choose.

The toy, in Reality a thing or a situation, ”hangs around” in the Quantum Field ”toy-box” waiting for you to notice it. The minute you ”perceive” the situation, your chosen ”toy”, you attract it to you. You ”look” at it through your unique focus point of consciousness and you fill it with, what for you seems as, appropriate content. This is a very simplified model of how the creation of Reality works on a quantum level.

To make another analogy, our thoughts are the seeds and the quantum field is the soil in which we plant them. The garden is the Reality we are perceiving.

The Quantum field is reflecting back at you exactly what you are putting out.

Understanding this gives you the power to change what you do not want in your reality by changing the way you think and feel about things.

Now, that knowledge is really POWERFUL. Although, knowing that you are the creator of your own Reality makes you accountable for your own wellbeing, it also liberates you from being a victim and thus truly sets you FREE.

You are the ONE in charge of your life! Only you have the power to change what you want to change. No need to wait around for somebody else to do it for you. No need to ask for permission. NO NEED, because you already have everything you will ever need! All you have to do is focus your MIND on what ”toys” YOU want to ”play” with in your Reality.

It’s really profound knowledge.

It should be something we share with our kids!

Since we are constantly creating our own reality, the least we can do is start being observant of what we are creating. You can not perceive something you do not believe.

So, for a starter we need to examine our beliefs about our Reality and ourselves and we have to change the ”truths” that are not working for us. You can start NOW by asking questions; Why..? Is it really so..? How come..? What if..? to the most basic things in your life and see what happens.

Question your ”truths” about ageing, work, relations, money, body, and yourself and Reality will change accordingly. After all, they are just beliefs. You can change them anytime you want. Since you are a perfect reflection of what you believe, your Reality will mirror that.

It’s simple!

All we have to do is stop being afraid our own power and of change. So start examining your beliefs. Keep the good ones and get rid of the rest!

YOU are your BIGGEST asset. Most of us actually don’t acknowledge this. We are conditioned to feel inadequate and not good enough and we often think that if ”I only learn this, or do that, then I will have a true value”. We focus so much on improvement and on getting better at the wrong things that we don’t even notice the incredible resources we have within. We have become masters at wasting our inner resources simply by repressing and ignoring them in the process of compulsively conforming our selves to ”normal”.

Trying to be normal by doing things you don’t enjoy, but feel you have to do, only makes you feel ”straightjacketed” and powerless. Did you know that You literary vibrate inertia & procrastination into existence when you ignore your SELF and your passions? To change frequency and free yourself from stagnation, you have to start doing NOW what you LOVE to do, otherwise your true skills and talents will stay in your future FOREVER.

YOU are your BIGGEST asset so start exploring who YOU are, what YOU want and where YOU are going NOW! This is really serious business. If you don’t know WHO you are, how will you know WHAT you want? If you do not know what you want how will you know when you have received it? So you see, knowing your SELF is essential for your entire BEING.

Exploring your SELF and your inner resources is not hard work. It doesn’t take any time or space and it fills you with vital energy and instant POWER. No yoga mat required, no mentor needed, no herbs infused. All you need is YOU.

Actually, all you have to do is stop reacting to ”outer” noise and start listening to your own ”inner” silence to get a clear sound of who YOU are. You don’t need to think, say or do anything. Just RELAX. Your access to that inner sound and POWER is always there. Waiting patiently for YOU. Be still. Enter your PowerZone.

A fun and easy but very effective way of exploring your PowerZone and who you are is creative IMAGINATION. Visualisation & daydreaming come as abundant supply of FREE tools from a never ending source – YOU. Start daydreaming about the things you LOVE in your Reality. Send pictures to your brain of what you enjoy doing, of things that excite you and of who you want to become. You create your own reality by what you BELIEVE about it, so use your imagination to mould, sculpture & paint an image of who YOU truly are.

Use your INNER resources to change your OUTER Reality. I can not write this LOUD enough! USE YOUR RESOURCES!

When you daydream you imagine your own creation by making an IMAGE in the present of who you are in the future. In a daydream you can persistently explore who you are and what you want in your Reality so imagine yourself being the best you in every NOW-moment and you will effortlessly change your IMAGE frame by frame.

YOU are your BIGGEST asset, thus exploring who YOU are is fundamental. You are the ground in which your Soul has taken root to explore the lightness of itself. The ONLY limitation is your imagination.

So, lighten up! Play! Ask questions. Enjoy being You, because after all, BEING YOU is what you came here to do.

Everything exists in relation to something else. Without fear you wouldn’t know love. Without darkness you wouldn’t perceive light.

While your consciousness is the ”darkness” containing everything, your awareness is the focused ”searchlight” extracting things into physical Reality. That is how you re-create your SELF in every eternal NOW-moment.

Sometimes you need to explore the darkness in order to see your own evanescent brightness. You are the light illuminating yourself in the darkness of your infinite creative consciousness.

There is so much to be heard in the silence and seen in the darkness. All you have to do is close your eyes and be still.

As a Quantum Leader embrace change by trusting the process when we are seeking order in ”chaos”. I promote collaboration instead of competition by amplifying Confidence and Trust in my coworkers. Since the keyword is TRUST I always communicate transparently and truthfully even when the information I share is bad or unpleasant. I try to minimise fear by working with the notion that ”failure” and ”mistakes” are only feedback for us to use when we want to make things even better.

As a Quantum Leader I intuitively understand that there are subtle energies that effect all human interactions and relations and I understand that is not our boundaries and limitations, but the way we connect and interact with each other that define who we are.

From a metaphysical perspective I, as a Quantum Leader , understand that everything is connected and that everything happens as a flow of energy on the quantum level of consciousness.

Quantum Leadership follows the same principles as self-creation in nature. It is about boosting a culture of allowing change while trusting the process of promoting interaction when and where it is needed and of recognising and encouraging uniqueness in the seemingly ordinary. It’s actually very easy because it’s all about basic human ”BEING”!
